🏭 Battersea Power Station 是 London 一個綜合發展區域，有 Office, Shopping Mall, Apartment 等。內裏盡是現代化設計，但同時亦保留了 Power Station 本身的歷史建築。交通便利之餘，部份單位更可飽覽 River Thames。租金方面，2房單位大概 GBP 3000 pcm 🏡

☀ 當然，London 市中心租金仍然相對昂貴，所以周邊城鎮例如 Guildford、St Albans、Reading、Wokingham 等，都越來越受香港家庭歡迎。租金方面可能是 London 的一半，同時仍有較大空間及綠化環境 👍
