不少移英港人打算先租屋後買樓，安頓及適應新環境之後，才慢慢挑選心儀地區及物業。客人S先生首先選用了本公司租屋及安頓服務，亦為團隊留下了非常正面的意見；之後同事Anita繼續與S先生聯繫，直至今年收到他的買樓查詢，大家不妨參考一下他由2022至2023的買樓過程：
2022年

- 12月：聖誕節問候近況及了解他在英國的生活
2023年
- 6月底：選用買屋服務
- 7月：開始找屋，一開始又不是太順利，始終買屋是大計劃，來來回回開了3次短會。由於本公司買屋服務沒有地區限制， S先生就由原本計劃的Swindon及伯明翰地區，轉為主攻伯明翰
- 8月：預約了睇屋，但同事到達等了很久地產經紀也沒有出現，由於是星期六，同事打了電話亦沒有人聽，之後星期一聯絡後地產經紀回覆沒有收到我們預約睇屋的信息（預約睇樓可能會遇到的突發問題之一！）
- 9月：同事根據預算及房間數量篩選了6間房屋給S先生了解，未合客人心意
我又和S先生電話聯絡了解下他的想法，得知他亦想買另一個地區，原因是那裡有他相熟的朋友，而且因為對本地裝修不太了解，同時不想再花費在裝修上，所以想找一些3年以下的房屋，團隊即時根據新要求努力尋找理想居所
之後S先生傳送了一些他心儀房屋的資料，同事了解後發現那些房屋只可以賣給55歲以上的人士，而且BNO簽證人士不能夠購買
- 10月：經紀一次允許我們視察兩間全新房屋，雖然我覺得非常合適，但S先生因個人考量決定不落offer了
- 11月：兩星期內推薦了一些房屋給客人，不過因預算及環境不理想而未有繼續；客人有興趣的物業找了很多次地產經紀也沒有回電
直至11月中，終於遇到無論地區、房間數量、預算也是在S先生的要求之中的物業，立即與他電聯，S先生自己也很滿意，終於可以落offer了，不過賣家同時收到另外2個offer，最終你們又認為S先生會成功出價嗎？密切留意下篇，再與你們分享最新消息！
