其實我本身已經咗好多功課，選擇好區分，無奈接觸多個Agent嘗試租樓都冇積極回應，好彩搵到HK UK透過本地network，加上不斷睇盤，offer，最終可以在到埠前租到樓，小朋友已經入到心儀學校。到埠後協助收樓、轉水電council tax等過程也很順利。

The service of the HK UK Support is excellent. Their staff response to our enquiries and requests efficiently. With their assistance, we rented a flat smoothly and promptly. They also assisted us in registering for the water, gas, electricity and internet broadband services. Upon our arrival in the UK, we were informed that the landlord was not ready to pass the property to us. With the help of the staff of the HK UK Support, we were able to leave our luggage in their office. They also acted as a tour guide introducing the neighbourhood where we live to us before we were able to enter the property we rented. We would like to say “THANK YOU” to them wholeheartedly. Throughout the process, we were admired by their enthusiasm in helping Hongkongers to settle in the UK.

We used HK UK Support for renting an accommodation in the UK before we relocated here in July 21. As we have 2 cats with us, it was a bit difficult at the very beginning.
